Can I cancel my order after I've placed it?
If you need to cancel your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible at eshop@arenasport.com. Please note that we can only cancel orders that have not yet entered preparation or shipping.
If your order cannot be cancelled, you can still return any unwanted items for a refund once it has been delivered.
