When will I get my refund after I returned my order?
We aim to process your return within 14 working days of receiving the returned item in our warehouse. If you're a registered user, you can monitor the return status in your 'My account' section on our website.
- Refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.

Can I return an item for an exchange instead of a refund?
Unfortunately, we do not allow exchanges. If you need a different item or size, please return the product you received and place a new order.

How do I return my product(s)?
Please fill out the RETURN FORM to arrange a return and refund of your item(s). You will then receive an email with all the details of your return request.
Within the next 48 hours we will carefully review your request. Once your request has been approved, you will receive clear instructions for returning the product(s). The return will be at your expense. Please purchase a return label from a courier of your choice to return your item(s). After purchasing the label, you can send the item(s) back to us.
