Holiday Shipping and Delivery

This holiday season we advise shopping early. Our team is dedicated to helping our customers have a great holiday season. We are working hard to process orders normally (within 1-2 business days), however due to nationwide shipping delays including with Fedex which we use as a carrier, we strongly recommend ordering earlier than in previous years if you need a package to arrive before Christmas or any other holiday or event deadline.

Because of the industry-wide inconsistency with shipping times, this year we cannot guarantee packages ordered by a certain date will arrive before Christmas, instead we are posting suggested dates to order by as guidance.

We also highly recommend tracking your order directly with Fedex by signing up to get text or email alerts about your shipment. This link contains instructions to get Fedex alerts. Or if you track your order via the tracking number we send look on the Fedex website for the “get status updates” link and click.

*Please remember we don’t ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Shipping Methods, Locations & Costs

We know you want your new gear fast and we are working hard to get your order in your hands. The delivery and arrival timing of your order is dependent on your location and whether you choose standard or express shipping. We ship all orders from our fulfillment center in Kentucky via Fedex. Orders placed after 10am PST on Fridays and weekend holidays (for example President’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day) will be processed the following business day.

During high volume periods orders can take additional days to process and ship, such as before and after Christmas, New Years, and during holiday sales events. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email including tracking information.

STANDARD (Ground Residential/Commercial Service via Fedex*): delivers 5-11 business days after order is placed. Orders will process within 1-2 business days after the order has processed, and then once shipped you will receive an email notification with tracking information.

  • Under $49: $8.99
  • $49 or more: Free

*For Standard Ground Services to Hawaii and Alaska please allow for 7-14 business days after order is placed.

EXPRESS (2-3 Day Service via Fedex): delivers within 3-6 business days after order is placed.

  • Orders received by Noon PST will be processed same day and ship same day.
  • All orders to all qualified locations (excludes US Virgin Islands & Puerto Rico): $24.99

PO Boxes, APO/FPO Services

We regret that, due to restrictions beyond our control, we are not able to ship to a PO Box, APO/FPO Address. We are working on making this an option, but currently we are not able to offer service to these delivery address options.

Shipping Rules & Restrictions

  • Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
  • The billing for items purchased with a credit or debit card are secured upon order processing in full. If a refund or return has been requested prior to the order cut off of M-F, Noon PST, please see our Refund Policy  for more information on processing times.
