How long are orders taking to process and ship during holiday promotions period?
Our team is working hard to process and ship orders, most will process (get picked and packed at the warehouse) within 2-4 business days. After they’re processed you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that contains a Fedex tracking number. During busy periods it can take additional time for packages to be picked up by Fedex. The tracking number will have the most up to date information on shipment status and location.

Can I cancel, change, or add to my order?
We are unable to add charges/items to an order once it has been placed. If you need to request a change (color or size- same item) or cancel an order, email us at , please be sure to include your order number with your request.

My item went on sale after I ordered, can I get price refund?
We do offer a price adjustment on items that go on sale within 24 hours of the original date of purchase. Currently, we are unable to offer a price match if your order exceeds this window. If you would like to purchase the item at the sale price and return the item from your previous order you are welcome to do so.

I forgot to add sale/discount code.
If your order falls within the 24hour time frame send us an email with your order number and we will refund any qualifying promo discount back to your method of payment.
It is important to note, we only allow one promo/discount sale per order, discount stacking is not permitted.

Do you have gift cards available for purchase?
Currently we do not offer gift cards, but we are planning to in the future. We recommend signing up for our newsletter here and following us on Instagram @arenausa for product launches and updates.

What is the process for returning an item?

Shipping Methods, Locations & Costs

We know you want your new gear fast and we are working hard to get your order in your hands. The delivery and arrival timing of your order is dependent on your location and whether you choose standard or express shipping. We ship all orders from our fulfillment center in Kentucky via Fedex. Orders placed after 10am PST on Fridays and weekend holidays (for example President’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day) will be processed the following business day.

During high volume periods orders can take additional days to process and ship, such as before and after Christmas, New Years, and during holiday sales events. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email including tracking information.

STANDARD (Ground Residential/Commercial Service via Fedex*): delivers 5-11 business days after order is placed. Orders will process within 1-2 business days after the order has processed, and then once shipped you will receive an email notification with tracking information.

  • Under $49: $8.99
  • $49 or more: Free

*For Standard Ground Services to Hawaii and Alaska please allow for 7-14 business days after order is placed.

EXPRESS (2-3 Day Service via Fedex): delivers within 3-6 business days after order is placed.

  • Orders received by Noon PST will be processed same day and ship same day.
  • All orders to all qualified locations (excludes US Virgin Islands & Puerto Rico): $24.99

PO Boxes, APO/FPO Services

We regret that, due to restrictions beyond our control, we are not able to ship to a PO Box, APO/FPO Address. We are working on making this an option, but currently we are not able to offer service to these delivery address options.

Shipping Rules & Restrictions

  • Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
  • The billing for items purchased with a credit or debit card are secured upon order processing in full. If a refund or return has been requested prior to the order cut off of M-F, Noon PST, please see our Refund Policy  for more information on processing times.
