Orders placed before these deadlines should arrive before Xmas, excluding any unforeseen delivery or weather issues via Fedex.

Shipping Methods, Locations & Costs
We know you want your new gear fast and we are working hard to get your order in your hands. *Please note that we cannot adjust or cancel orders after they are placed. The delivery and arrival timing of your order is dependent on your location and whether you choose standard or express shipping. We ship all orders from our fulfillment center in Kentucky via Fedex. Orders placed after 10am PST on Fridays and weekend holidays (for example President’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day) will be processed the following business day.
During high volume periods orders can take additional days to process and ship, such as before and after Christmas, New Years, and during holiday sales events. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email including tracking information.
STANDARD (Ground Residential/Commercial Service via Fedex*): delivers 5-11 business days after order is placed. Orders will process within 1-2 business days after the order has processed, and then once shipped you will receive an email notification with tracking information.

*For Standard Ground Services to Hawaii and Alaska please allow for 7-14 business days after order is placed.
EXPRESS (2-3 Day Service via Fedex): delivers within 3-6 business days after order is placed.

PO Boxes, APO/FPO Services
We regret that, due to restrictions beyond our control, we are not able to ship to a PO Box, APO/FPO Address. We are working on making this an option, but currently we are not able to offer service to these delivery address options.

Shipping Rules & Restrictions
- Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
- The billing for items purchased with a credit or debit card are secured upon order processing in full. If a refund or return has been requested prior to the order cut off of M-F, Noon PST, please see our Refund Policy for more information on processing times.
