25% off 2 or more equipment items, which are products within the Equipment category on the website (goggles, fins and training tools, bags, caps, towels, footwear). 25% off applies only to equipment items, not other non-equipment items on order. No coupon needed, discount applies automatically in cart. Can’t be combined with other promotions or coupons.

Return Process

We are confident you'll be satisfied with your purchase, but if you aren't, we're ready to assist with a return and timely refund. Purchases made on the US website ( are entitled to a 60 day return period (from order delivery date, excludes final sale items) to qualify for a full refund of returned merchandise*. If returned merchandise is received after 60 days from the order delivery date, you will be offered a store credit to be used at for the same value as the returned merchandise (less original order shipping charge). Returned merchandise received 60-90 days past the original order delivery date will be subject to additional stocking fees. Returned merchandise received over 90 days past the original order delivery date will be declined and returned. To begin your return, simply re-pack the returned item(s) with tags still attached including original packaging in undamaged form and follow the tips/instructions below to ensure a proper return and fast credit. An incomplete merchandise return form can delay the processing of your returned merchandise and credit, if applicable. Please do not return items in envelopes.

To return anything ordered from our site, simply print a return request form and follow the instructions on the form. *NOTE: Return policy applies only to purchases made directly on It excludes purchases made from eBay, Amazon, and any other resellers. To qualify for a full refund, you must have proof of purchase on, have tags still attached, sent back with original packaging and product in unworn/unused condition. Women’s suits returned without sanitary liner will be declined.


Unfortunately, we cannot process exchanges at this time. If you need a different item or size, please return the product you received and place a new order. While we do not currently provide shipping for returns, we can assist you with any shipping charges on your replacement order. Please contact customer service at for more details.

Damaged or Defective Product

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please call or contact a Customer Service Representative at 1-888-902-7362 or by email at: within 30 days of delivery date. We will make every effort to get your items returned and replaced as quickly as possible.
