arenasport.com Return Policy (Effective 6/24/25)
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to make a return, here’s everything you need to know.
Returns
To begin the online return process, visit our Returns page. You will need your order number and email to begin the online return process.
We accept returns within 60 days of delivery for items that:
- Are in unworn/unused condition
- Have all tags attached
- Include the original packaging
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Do not combine returns when shipping. Each label needs its own box to be properly processed through our warehouse. Please ensure you use the correct label with the matching returned item to avoid delays.
Exclusions
- Final sale items are not eligible for return or a refund.
- Items priced $20 and under are considered final sale.
- All other final sale products will be clearly marked in the item title and/or description.
- Purchases made with other resellers are not covered under this return policy. Please contact the original seller directly to inquire about their return process.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different style or size, please:
- Return the original item using our return portal.
- Place a new order for the item you want.

Limited 60-Day Warranty
If your item arrives damaged or with a defect within 60 days of delivery:
- Email us at customerserviceUSA@arenasport.com
- Include your order confirmation number, and clear photos in pdf format of both the item and issue
Warranty claims will be analyzed individually by an arena specialist, and if approved, a suitable resolution will be offered. We will make every effort to get your return resolved as quickly as possible.
Limits of Responsibility
Arena is not responsible for any product damage incurred during use.
