Return Policy 

NEW: RETURNS ARE FREE, QUICK, AND EASY!

Prepaid return shipping labels are now free and a few clicks away. To begin the online return process, visit our Returns page. You will need your order number and email to begin the online return process.

We accept returns within 60 days of delivery. Items must have tags still attached, with original packaging and product in unworn/unused condition*. Shipping charges from original order not refunded. $20 and under warehouse sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. 

*Note: if you have multiple RMAs for separate orders, do not combine them in to one package. In order for us to process the refund each return order must be sent back using the return label for only the items in that order.

Return policy excludes final sale items, which are not returnable. Women’s suits returned without sanitary liner will be declined. Return policy applies only to purchases made directly on arena US website, www.arenasport.com/en_us. It excludes purchases made from eBay, Amazon, and any other resellers. See below for our full return policy.

Items Beyond 60 Days
If returned merchandise is received after 60 days from the order delivery date, you will be offered a store credit to be used at arenasport.com for the same value as the returned merchandise (less original order shipping charge). Returned merchandise received 60-90 days past the original order delivery date will be subject to additional stocking fees. Returned merchandise received over 90 days past the original order delivery date will be declined and returned.

Exchanges
Unfortunately, we cannot process exchanges at this time. If you need a different item or size, please return the product you received and place a new order. Please contact customer service at customerserviceUSA@arenasport.com for more details.

Damaged or Defective Product
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email a Customer Service Representative at: customerserviceUSA@arenasport.com within 30 days of delivery date. We will make every effort to get your items returned and replaced as quickly as possible.


Limits of Responsibility

We accept no responsibility for product damage incurred during use.
