HOW TO CHOOSE THE BEST LENS FOR YOU
VLT (VISIBLE LIGHT TRANSMISSION)
VLT is the amount of light that passes through the goggle lens. arena have used specific tests and special machines to figure out how much light will pass through the lens.
LENS TINT
When getting your new arena goggles, you will see a slider on the packaging. If the arrow is leaning towards the DARK side that means less light will pass to the goggles. If the arrow is leaning towards the CLEAR side that means more light will pass through the goggles.
LIGHT CONDITION
For optimal visibility, use a dark lens in bright conditions (outdoor pools, sunny days in open water, well-lit indoor pools...) and a clear lens in low light ( if the pool is not very well lit or light is dim).
