If I'm ordering from outside the European Union, do I have to pay import or customs duties?
Here at arena we want to provide you with the best experience possible. That's why we cover ALL duty costs on ALL orders!
Will I receive a copy of my invoice?
Yes, we will email you a PDF copy of your invoice. You should receive it shortly after you get your shipment confirmation email.

Where can I get a promo code to use on my order?
We understand that our customers like to get their hands on a great deal from time to time.
It's worth checking the website as we're always running great promos ;)
If it's a discount code that you're after - we send these to our community in our newsletters, so feel free to subscribe! Sometimes you'll spot a code on the banner on our website too - keep an eye on that!
How do I use a promo code?
- Simply copy and paste the code into the “Do you have a promo code?” box, displayed in your cart.
- Click on "Apply"
- Remember, promo codes cannot be combined.
My payment was declined, what should I do?
If your payment has been declined, then you'll need to place your order again. We're not able to reinstate an order once the payment has been declined.

When payment is by credit card, your will be transferred to a secure website and the payment will be processed by our payment service provider Adyen (Adyen N.V., Simon Carmiggeltstraat 6 - 50, 1011 DJ Amsterdam, Netherlands). Data will be collected and transmitted in encrypted form. The Seller will not have access to this information.
